For better whey removal from semi-hard and hard cheeses. Suitable for cylindrical cheese moulds.
Ensures a beautiful, easy-care cheese surface.

Instructions for use:

  1.     1. place the mat in the empty cheese mould.
  2.     Pour in curd and spread evenly
  3.     2. place mat on top
  4.     Put on the pressing plate and weight
  5.     Remove the fabric mat each time the cheese is turned and place it again.
