Properties ZINI extra is a highly effective cleaning powder for cleaning copper cheese vats and other copper containers. Protein and fat residues can be removed efficiently. At the same time, ZINI ensures an ideal shine.

Suitable for cleaning in food processing plants.

Composition Quartz flour and chemically pure citric acid.

Application After completely emptying the cheese vat

Sprinkle in 1-2 tablespoons of ZINI extra, add a little whey, scrub thoroughly and then rinse well.
