Dosage: 1 sachet for 500 ltr. milk.

Cultures Composition:

•     Streptococcus Thermophilus
•     Lactobacillus Bulgaricus
•     Bifidobacterium bifidum
•     Lactobacillus acidophilus
•     Lactobacillus casei

Storage:
Between + 2°C and + 5°C
Ambient temperature during transport is allowed.

Directions for use:
Add the culture as such directly to the milk. Stir the milk for a few minutes to ensure homogeneous distribution of the culture.
